Branding for Oxford Road Café in Hale, taking its cue from the name. The logo recreates a classic old English road sign, with coffee beans standing in for the fixing screws and a knife and fork set among the stars, a nod to the food the locals rate so highly.
The vintage badge style gives a deliberately traditional feel against the café’s modern, atmospheric space. Alongside the identity, I designed the original menu.
